I build a clear picture of your goals, your budget and the kind of deal that fits you. That profile is exactly what I search against — so we're not wasting time on properties that were never right for you.
I go and find deals that match your profile, including off-market opportunities that come through estate agent relationships I've built over years in the area.
Every deal comes with the numbers laid out plainly: purchase price, refurbishment cost, end value, projected rent and the money you'd have left in. No guesswork, no rose-tinted figures.
You make the call. If it's a yes, I support you through the purchase, the refurbishment and getting the property let or sold, with introductions to my power team along the way.

End value came in £10,000 above estimate. After all costs, the investor pulled every pound back out on refinance.
Valuation and rent both came in exactly as forecast before a pound was spent. Around £13,000 left in.
Forecast rent was £775. It let at £900 — an extra £1,500 a year. Investor is holding, timing the refinance on rates.
